Hello
We have developed a comprehensive program for the individual with little to no experience but tons of passion and excitement to learn about the wedding/events industry. Our program consists of teaching the fundamentals of planning and coordinating events through participation in real life weddings. This is a fun and hands-on way to gain real life work experience while training under a established PC9 Day of Coordinator (DOC). Our DOCS are highly skilled and trained individuals whose standard of work is guaranteed to our clients. They will implement our program as they mentor you through the preparation and execution of rehearsal and wedding days. Each intern will be given a handbook and road map developed by PC9 to compliment their apprenticeship alongside a DOC. We will evaluate your performance throughout each wedding you assist via our PC9 Evaluation Form, which we use to evaluate our current PC9 DOCs. This evaluation form will be used to ensure you are getting the training you deserve and you are improving with each and every opportunity. By using our customizable training tools we will be able to define your personal strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to your career as a future DOC. Our goal is to not only empower you to be a successful event coordinator/DOC but also to give you the opportunity to become a PC9 DOC upon completion.
