Our Day of Coordinator position is meant to adapt to different levels of expertise in the wedding coordinating field. All you need is an interest in this industry paired with basic communication skills and our comprehensive learning model will help you with the rest. A capable on-site coordinator is needed for any and all successful events, this position would focus specifically on weddings. The job will function under an independent contractor term of employment, in which one becomes part of our network of coordinators. As the Day of Coordinator you will be in charge of managing all the vendors, venue/venue managers, wedding party and guests.
Each Wedding you work will consist of 2 hours of planning time (14-30 days prior to event), 2 hours estimated for rehearsal and a full day on the wedding day.

Must be open to learning our methods of planning and be able to handle constructive criticism as a means for optimal growth. This person should have ambition to keep improving with each new project and be able to vocalize opinions and feedback. We encourage outgoing, friendly and easy going personalities who understand the adeptness it takes to execute plans precisely. One is expected to adjust while working in a fast paced environment where the amount of responsibilities will alter according to client/project. Intrinsic qualities such as personal aesthetic, creativeness and resourcefulness will help define your persona with our clients thus enabling them to identify with you. We need you to be enthusiastic about working in different locations and have the ability to adapt to change, as no wedding is ever alike.
Hourly and day rates, including travel expenses.
As an Advisor for Pink Cloud 9, you are able to work from a remote location be it at your home, the library, a coffee shop, you name it! Our hours of operation are from 7am-7pm PST, in which we would schedule you for 4-8 hours based on your availability. As an added incentive, we offer bonuses on top of your hourly wage which consist of different research projects as well as meeting our sales goals. We provide wedding couples with advice via skype, phone and on-line through our website, pinkcloud9.com. We are able to offer the latter by utilizing Live Chat Technology which allows people to virtually communicate with us directly. You will be given proper training in the manner in which we currently advise our wedding couples as well as the tools that you need in order to optimize the client experience.

We are looking for persons with 5+ years of experience in the wedding planning industry complemented with some experience in sales and/or customer service. Our wedding couples will have questions related to planning and beyond so it is important that this person is confidant in responding to such questions. Familiarity with new and up and coming technology, particularly Live Chat technology, current social media trends and Google Docs is a plus. This person is required to have access to a computer and/or a mobile device with excellent internet connections during their designated hours of operation. The ability to communicate eloquently, professionally and quickly navigate the web for resources is also required.

Successfully resolving questions and concerns at a rate per minute that meet our standards and values. Willing to contribute and help us further develop and streamline the position. As well as, communicating their hours of work plus recording their conversations with our
clients through resources which we will provide. Lastly, adhering to our policy and procedures while being able to perform the duties of the job on a consistent basis.
