I can't help but love these dress-up games. The newest one I've seen is a Vera Wang Spring Wedding Dressup - here's my bride.

Also fun but for the party girl - Elouai's Doll Maker 3, where you make little Asian-style dolls, build rooms, and more. Lots of options here...don't go on unless you're willing to kill some serious time.
